Our dietitians deliver and set-up initial supplies and equipment to the patients home at which time they:

Complete a comprehensive assessment to ensure patient is receiving proper nutrition.

Train the patient and caregiver on proper tube-feeding protocol and equipment operations.

Provide 24 hour/7 days a week on call service with 2 hour response time.
Why Use Us:
Our dietitians revisit each patient every 30-45 days monitoring the patient’s overall health and nutritional status. We use a closed system, which is safer and easier to use. Also, all our equipment is labeled with our phone number so they call us with any questions. Our program saves valuable nursing lime.
How to Refer a Patient:

Advise your referral sources that A D Medical is your tube-feeding supplier of choice. Let them know our patient outcomes and services are better and you will contact us for them.

Fax us the referral form and make sure to include the doctor’s orders
