What We Do:
1. Send Registered Dietitians/Diabetic Educator to the home to teach proper nutrition, carb counting, meal planning and label reading.
2. Provide patients with a blood glucose monitor and testing supplies. Yes, we train them too!
3. Evaluate and fit patients for diabetic shoes.
Why Use Us:
AD Medical provides a Registered Dietitian/Diabetic Educator to the patient’s homes for one-on-one counseling. Our dietitians educate patients on proper nutrition showing them how to read food labels, carb counting, and meal planning. We review eating habits by going through cupboards/refrigerators of patients. Our glucometer has a 5 second test time is easy to read and to use. It is also approved for alternate site testing to allow patients to test on the fingers, palm, forearm, and thigh.
Any patient with diabetes is eligible to receive our products and services.

Home health agencies, doctor offices, and clinics look at our program as an extension of their health care team and are glad to have a dietitian available to go to the home at no charge to them.
